- Hook: stout Gamakatsu or Mustad stainless steel 2- 3/0
- Thread: white / chartreuse Uni thread 6/0
- Tail: chartreuse ostrich herl or marabou
- Body: spun chartreuse and brown / tan deer belly. On rear portion of hook tie the deer belly tips in to collar the tail and prevent fouling
- Weed Guard: 12or 16 lb mason hard mono if fished in the back-country
